What do you mean they are next door? How can you tell if they are a cash buyer? Buying just one property doesn;t make you one correct.
Good questions! Next door means that every cash buyer doesn’t have to be huge. It could be someone with cash in mutual funds, stock market, Ira, etc. and yes if you have more cash, buying just one property can make you a cash buyer in the future as well!!
Once you get the info, how do you approach them? Nice video btw. It has me thinking!
I’m a big fan of postcards. Contact them directly and offer them lower priced houses!
