Tdhe low voltage stuff is quite strange. Did someone calculate how fat cable do you need to conduct 12 volts to 100 meters with the same efficiency as 220? Yes, they have good hi-to-low conversion, but I really doubt they achive overall better efficiency than high voltage cables

To clarify the voice-over >> Low voltage = 50-600 volts ac… whereas 12 volts is “Extra Low Voltage”… understandably confusing for all but electricians. It’s single or three phase electrical distribution on the cable trays, so not much cable loss with the distances they’re showing.
